Joker Palace is a free-to-play mobile Palace card game app (also known as Shithead, Karma, or Shed). It’s a fast-paced card-shedding game where you race to empty your hand, table cards, and face-down cards.
They’re names for the same game family: three hand cards, three face-up cards and three face-down cards, with the pile picked up when you can’t play. Special cards and house rules differ from table to table, and some groups also call it Castle. Joker Palace is inspired by that Palace/Shithead style, with its own fixed special cards and Chaos Joker Effects.
The goal is to get rid of all your cards. You play from your hand first (drawing up while the deck exists), then your face-up table cards, and finally your face-down cards. If you can’t play a valid card, you pick up the pile.

Joker Palace has four multiplayer rulesets. Classic uses every special card and Chaos Joker Effect. Blitz runs on a two-minute clock and starts players with four hand cards. Pure removes Jokers and treats 03, 05 and 09 as ordinary ranks. Chaos doubles the usual Joker count from two to four, so Chaos Effects trigger more often. You can also create a private With Friends table and share it by invite link. Classic and private tables are open from the start; Blitz, Pure and Chaos unlock on the Trophy Road.
Yes. Joker Palace supports online multiplayer and private rooms, so you can invite friends and play together in custom lobbies.
Yes - progression runs on the Trophy Road. Every win earns trophies, and trophies carry you up thirty ranks: ten families (Wood, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Sapphire, Ruby, Amethyst, Master and Legend) with three divisions each. Milestones along the road also hand out coins, diamonds, shields, higher stakes, and new game modes.
Playing a Joker offers its player three eligible Chaos Effects. The lasting effects are Low Only (2–7), High Only (8–A), and No Specials (2, 3, 5, 9, and 10 are blocked); they apply to everyone for two rounds and Jokers remain playable. The instant effects are Rewind (reverse turn order), Dump (the next player takes the pile), and Purge (eligible hands lose one random non-Joker special card).
